Εντυπωσιασμένος είναι ο φίλαθλος κόσμος από τη μεταγραφή του Κώστα Μήτρογλου στη Φούλαμ, όπως φανερώνει και από τα μηνύματά του στο twitter. Ουδείς πιστεύει ότι φεύγει από μία ομάδα στους 16 του Champions League για μία ομάδα που μάχεται για την παραμονή στην Premier League, ενώ ορισμένοι μνημονεύουν για την παρουσία του Γιώργου Καραγκούνη.
"Εξαιρετικές εμφανίσεις στο Champions League μέχρι στιγμής κι επιλέγει τη Φούλαμ. Πρέπει να είναι τρολ", είναι ένα σχετικό tweet από τα εκατοντάδες που ήδη υπάρχουν στο διαδίκτυο.
